AMI provides services to best meet the needs of each organization within the six management areas - Board & Committee Management, Membership Management, Meeting & Event Management, Communications Management, Sponsorship Management, and Financial Management. These services can be full-service or individual/project specific.

Board & Committee Management

The AMI Team supports volunteer board and committee work. From developing agendas and providing minutes, to the implementation of strategic initiatives and updating tactical plans, our priority is a forward-thinking board entrusted to mission fulfillment.

Membership Management

The AMI Team creates a customized and integrated membership database and member profile system. We provide expertise for Value of Membership Flyers, Member Surveys, Recruitment Campaigns, and Member Analyses.

Meeting & Event Management

The AMI Team will be there to assist [or lead] during each of the four stages of program management – Planning, Preparation, Execution, and Wrap-Up. Along the way, we will focus on the attendee experience as well as the details, whether the event is virtual or in-person.

Communications Management

The AMI Team provides a full range of communications, marketing, social media, and graphic design services. Our open rate for newsletters and email marketing is 40% +, which is more than double industry average and our open rate is 1.5% - 3%, which is more than triple industry average.

Sponsorship Management

The AMI Team creates relationships with industry suppliers and partners to secure non-dues revenue all the while providing enhanced opportunities for exposure and engagement.

Financial Management

The AMI Team is proud to have many financial professionals approve our financial management procedures and client reporting. Each client receives a financial management report which provides full disclosure of financial transactions.

Certification & Training Programs

The AMI Team provides administrative support for accredited apprenticeship and professional certification programs. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to quickly pivot from a fully in-person to a hybrid learning environment, putting in place the required technology.
